Hotani Web Design: Webpage Template

This customizable webpage template was originally designed in July of 2000. It started with a poll program and then articles were added, and later discussions. Recently I 'templatized' the pages and scripts, making them customizable and generic for anyone to use. Newest functionality is the linking of the articles with discussions.
